I had to find my Canon installation CD and let the S/W install everything after I did this then EOSInfo ran successfully.

I just want to make a couple of points regarding EOSInfo.įirst, in spite of what is written at Astrojargon, EOSInfo will not work if DPP is the only Canon program installed on your PC.

several folks on this forum have recommended using the program to determine the shutter count of your camera. The link below will get you to a program that 'appears' to work.
